  • Off peak - 2 night minimum (unless otherwise stated)
  • Long Weekends - 3 night minimum
  • Easter Weekend - 3 night minimum
  • Christmas and New Year Peak - 10 night minimum
  • Beach Hop – For maximum time of the Event

PEAK , SHOULDER AND OFF PEAK PERIODS

Peak Periods are 20 December to 10 January, Waitangi Day, Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend and Beach Hop.

Off peak is the period from beginning February to end November not including peak periods above.  The period 10 January to beginning February is the shoulder period so rates are between peak and off peak.

A one-off administration fee of $50 applies to all bookings.  

All homes are fully equipped; however tenants are required to bring their own linen. i.e. sheets + pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
